New WinX Canopy
This is an awesome video that Mr. Joe Webb himself shot for me while I was landing last Sunday. The canopy is a WinX 135 Hybrid. The canopy is manufactured by Atair. Atair is a BASE gear company; they mostly make BASE canopies, but this is their skydive canopy. Check them out here: www.ataircanopies.com

I absolutely recommend this canopy! It opens. It flares. It lands. It performs. I don’t know what higher endorsement I could give.
Just as with General Mills, Atair did not sponsor my canopy. But, my company bought it as an advertisement/marketing expense. Of course, I still paid full price for it. But with using pre-tax dollars to buy it, I was able to keep Uncle Sam out of my wallet.
I’ll be providing more information about the canopy as I get more experience on it. I still have a lot of learning left to do on the canopy, and only jumping it a couple hundred more times will teach me what I need to know. There is no shortcut in skydiving, just as in life, you get better the more you do it. You learn the nuances of the sky, the special features of your gear.
